Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Our company collects and maintains a registry of customer data required for business operations.

For maintaining and developing customer relationships, developing services, billing and related actions, marketing and targeted advertising, analyzing data and improving services, customer communication, and other similar purposes.

Regular Sources of Information

Information recorded in the personal register is obtained regularly from the registered individual themselves.

Processed Personal Data

We collect the following information directly from customers (customers can partially decide what information they want to provide):
Details related to the customer relationship and contract, marketing-related details such as name, address, email, and phone number.

Disclosure of Personal Data

Personal data may be disclosed within the limits allowed and mandated by valid legislation, and for fulfilling agreements between parties.

Data may be disclosed, for instance, to authorities based on a legal requirement.

Protection of Personal Data

Personal data is retained for the legally required five years, after which it is deleted if deemed unnecessary or requested by the registered individual.

The registered individual has the right to request correction of inaccurate or erroneous personal data. They also have the right to provide additional information to complete incomplete personal data.

Right to Erasure:
The registered individual has the right to request deletion of their personal data if:
a. Personal data is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected for.
b. Consent for processing has been withdrawn, and there is no other lawful basis for processing.
c. Personal data has been unlawfully processed.

Right to Restrict
Processing: The registered individual has the right to restrict processing if:
a. The individual disputes the accuracy of their personal data.
b. Processing is unlawful, and they oppose deletion, requesting restriction instead.
c. The data controller no longer needs the personal data for its original purposes, but the registered individual requires it for legal claims.

Right to Withdraw Consent:
The registered individual has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of processing conducted prior to the withdrawal.

Right to Data Portability:
The registered individual has the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transfer it to another data controller.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with Supervisory Authority:
The national supervisory authority for personal data matters is the Data Protection Ombudsman affiliated with the Ministry of Justice. You have the right to bring your case to the authority if you believe the processing of your personal data violates applicable legislation.
