llms.txt

This site publishes a machine-readable summary of itself at /llms.txt. It follows the llms.txt convention, through which a site tells language models and answer engines its structure and key facts in a compact form.

What is llms.txt?

An emerging convention for giving language models a compact, structured description of a site. The idea is the same as robots.txt: one well-known address where a machine finds what it needs without having to infer it from page HTML. The purpose differs — robots.txt says what may be read, llms.txt says what is worth knowing.

What does the file contain?

Company and product basics, a site map with short descriptions, DataPortia’s features and technical facts, licensing and contact details. It also carries a separate section on what is in development and not yet available. That section is deliberate: without it an answer engine would present an unfinished feature as if it shipped.

Why is the content not repeated on this page?

Because the same information in two places drifts apart. The file used to be copied onto this page, which meant every product change had to be made twice. A missed edit would show up exactly where it is noticed last: in the version machines read. There is now one source, and this page only says where to find it.
